In the early days of 2009, Trish embarked on a journey like no other. Armed with a mysterious time machine developed by the enigmatic MT Lab, she set her sights on a hidden gem of a town that had long evaded the grasp of conventional maps. This town, tucked away from the bustling world, was her canvas for an experiment that would rewrite destiny itself.

Trish, with the knowledge bestowed upon her by the time machine, journeyed back to the present day to gather her equipment and prepare for her audacious undertaking. Her mission: to transform an unsuspecting town into a haven of peculiar enchantment. She crafted a statue of herself, an innocent-looking monument concealing a potent secret. With the flick of a switch, it would release a unique gas, visible only to her and her fellow MT Lab staff members.

Leaving the town to its own devices, she ventured back into the folds of time, allowing her creation to unleash its silent magic. Little did she know, however, that destiny had a way of playing tricks on those who dared to tamper with it. Unbeknownst to Trish, a car carrying five adventurous souls was hurtling toward this town, their sights set on a spring break escapade to the magical realm of Disney in sunny LA.

As the car pulled into the quaint town, Trish's enchantment had already begun to weave its spell. The five friends, Luke with his dark hair, Sam in his stylish shades, Matt in a crisp white shirt, Jack sporting a striped tee, and William with his golden locks, couldn't help but notice something peculiar. The townsfolk, every single one of them, appeared to be nine months pregnant.

Curiosity piqued, they introduced themselves to Margret, the owner of the gas station. Her response sent shivers down their spines; she claimed they were now home and encouraged them to pick out their new houses. Bewildered, the friends sought clarification. Margret revealed the town's eerie secret—a magical curse that ensured anyone who entered would never leave. Panic set in, and William rushed to the restroom, overcome by an inexplicable urge.

Minutes passed like hours, and then came a blood-curdling scream followed by an eerie silence. Worried for their friend, the four remaining friends inched closer to the restroom, only to be met by a sight that sent chills down their spines. Before them stood a pregnant woman, clad in a long-sleeved green shirt. Luke cautiously inquired if she was William, only to receive a bewildered response from the lady, who introduced herself as Willow. She had no memory of William and simply walked away.

With newfound dread, the friends understood that their fate had already been sealed, and the transformations had begun. They scattered in different directions, desperately seeking refuge. Luke, heading back to their car, watched in despair as it sped off with Sam and Matt still inside. Jack, on the other hand, underwent a startling transformation right before his eyes.

In a state of shock, Luke approached the transformed Jack, now known as Jackie in her short red-sleeved shirt. She informed Luke of her impending lunch date with friends and hurried away, leaving him alone and bewildered at the gas station.

Luke requested shelter, and another pregnant lady led him to a two-story house, handing him a key and promising everything he needed would be inside. As he sat on his new couch, surrounded by photographs of his old life, he noticed something chilling. The images of his friends were becoming blurry, fading away like distant memories.

His heart sank as he realized that Sam and Matt, too, were undergoing the transformation into pregnant women. Panic coursed through him as he attempted to send a farewell text to his family, only to find his contacts had mysteriously vanished. Luke resigned himself to a future as a pregnant woman in this strange town.

And so, as he sat on his new couch, watching his former life fade into obscurity, he felt the first strands of his identity slip away. His hair changed from brown to blonde, his body morphed, and his chest swelled into a pair of ample breasts. The final transformation began as his genitals vanished, replaced by a mature woman's anatomy.

Luke, now Luna, a 40-year-old resident of this peculiar town, checked the time, realizing she was running late for a lunch date with her newfound friends. Sammy, Maddie, Jackie, and Willow greeted her warmly, and they settled in for a meal together. As they chatted and laughed, the memories of their previous lives as men were but distant echoes, and they embraced their new identities as the latest members of the unique community known as Preg Town.
