The Magical Game

It was a nice night. Justin Travis just turned fifteen years old today. For his birthday he was having eight friends over for the weekend, three days. His uncle gave him a new gift and he was hoping to try it out. As his first friend arrived he was happy, he still hid the machine. The first friend was Davis Edwards. A tall skinny boy fourteen years of age. Then came Jim Thomas, Hayley Andrews, Jake Rayley, Jake's older sister Trinity, Kyle Beaulieu, John Grain, and last was the youngest Gwen Phillips; Gwen was ten and Justin's sister. The oldest was Trinity who was seventeen and Justin's friend since birth.

Justin led the eight others to the room they were going to be in. It was a big room with all kinds of blankets and pillows. All eight stopped and looked at the large box in the corner.

"What is that, over there in the corner." Gwen asked looking up at Justin, he face was confused.

"That, oh that is nothing, uh, just something my parents wanted to store here." Just said Opening the box making sure no-one was looking inside. Inside thousands of cloths for every age and gender where in it. He pulled out a cone shaped device. He took it and brought it in the center of the eight.

"Now gather around." Justin told everyone. "This is a new device my uncle gave me, he bought it at some weird store call "Magical Twins fun shop". Touch the top with your finger." Justin directed. All eight did so. Justin smiled. "If you leave the game you lose go back before birth. This is a game of how patient you are." Justin said. The device became a flat sphere with eight playing cards sticking out. The eight grabbed the card closest to them. "The card will have a number, arrow, and color on it." Justin started. "The disk will spin and go until it stops then whoever it stops on will, well, you will see." Justin chuckled It spun once landing on Gwen.

Gwen started to glow. "What's going on?" She asked confused.

Justin smiled. "Show us the card." He told her. She did what he said a pink 7 with an arrow down. "You are becoming three years old." He said to her. In a few moments she was three years old. "Good, now I will explain the rules. Every round someone gets a card. There is an arrow up or down. Down you will regress, up you will progress. There is a number telling you how much you regress or progress. The color depends the gender. Blue is boy pink is girl." Justin took a breath. "The game goes till everyone is locked in at the place. In order to lock you must get chosen once and can only lock if you were chosen. After everyone locks the oldest wins. When it is down to the last two if neither want to lock, one more card will be distributed and both will take the affect then be locked." Justin finished.

"But I don't wat to be wittwe." Gwen said. Justin grabbed the box throwing Gwen's old cloths in and putting a nightgown on her. The others were too scared.

"First time is scary." Justin said. "How would you like to be a different gender and age in your uncles house for a weekend." Justin laughed.

"So are you going to lock?" Trinity asked. She obviously wanted to play this game. Gwen looked at herself and shook her head no. The disk started to spin again......

The disk spun for several seconds before hitting Jake. Jake frowned. His card had a down arrow and a pink 10. Jake was upset as he started to glow. He went down to 5 years old, and a girl.

"I down't wike this." Jake said sitting down frowning. Trinity who was smiling now.

"Hey, I always wanted a younger sister." Trinity laughed. She pulled out another nightgown, pink with puffy arm holes. "Now, do you want to lock or no?" She asked. Jake was thinking.

"I am going to lock." Jake said moving back a little. "I'm afwaid of being youngew." Justin laughed at two toddlers already. The disk started to spin again this time landing on Kyle. Kyle smiled. The twelve year old showed his card. An up arrow with a blue 10.

"Lock!" He said now 22 years of age. Kyle backed up some too. In first place so far was Kyle age 22 and in second was Jake at four years of age. The disk spun again. In about 20 seconds it landed on Gwen. Th three year old was excited.

"I got an up arrow with a pink king." King meant 13 in card. Gwen soon became 16. "Lock." She said excitedly. She didn't care she wasn't first she just wanted to get out of the game. Seven were left in the game. The disk spat out seven cards. It was funny because almost everyone you could tell if there card was good or bad. The disk spun this time a five appeared on top. After landing on Jim, the number turned into a five.

"The number is how long till one person automatically locks." Justin explained. "What does your card say?" Justin asked. Jim smiled. He turned his card. An arrow up with a pink 2.

"So, I have to be a 16 year old girl." Jim said frowning a little. After the change Trinity help Jim get everything on. "I will...um...lock." Jim said. He figured he got lucky it was an arrow up what happens if next time its an arrow down. Six cards spat out. of the disk. The disk spun the number on top turning to three. It slowed and stopped on Trinity.

"Pink 5 with an arrow down." Trinity said determined to win. Trinity turned 12 years old. "I will not lock!" She said. The disk had six more cards sticking out. The six grabbed theirs's and waited for the disk to stop. The number turned into a two and about 30 seconds later it stopped on John a thirteen year old chubby boy. He smiled.

"I got an up arrow and a blue 5." John said turning 18. "I am not going to lock." The number on the disk became a 1 and spun again. This time stopping on Trinity.

"Good. "Trinity started. "I got a pink queen." Queen meant 12. "So I am 24, good, I am not going to lock." Trinity told them. The five sat in the circle as the number went to a L. The disc spun landing on Davis.

"No, this can not happen." Davis yelled. His card had an arrow down with pink queen on it. He regressed to a two year old girl. Trinity help him/her get cloths on. She also pulled out a walker. She put the girl in it.

"Now just stay in here." Trinity said.

"Galaboo." Davis said sticking his tongue out at her. It was an automatic lock. The final four were sitting. The got there cards and waited for the disk. This time a one appeared. The disk spun lading on Justin. Justin showed his card. An arrow up with a blue one.

"No way am I locking." Justin said to the rest. The disk showed an L again. It spun landing on Trinity. She smiled. She showed her card a pink king was on it. Trinity soon became37. She was locked.

"Oh well." Trinity said. The disk spun again this time landing on Hayley.

"No." Hayley said. Hayley had a down arrow with a pink 7.Hayley became 8 years old. Her clothes fell off her completely. Trinity picked Hayley up and gave her some clothes to put on. Then there were two...

Justin and John were left they each got a card. The two revealed there cards. Justin got an up arrow with a blue 10. John got a down arrow with a blue 3. The changes were made. The device became a cone again.

"In last place is Davis at 2 years old. Next is Jake at 5 years old, then Hayley with eight years of life. John with 15 years, Gwen and Jim tied for 4th with 16 years., Kyle is 3rd with 22 years. In second with 26 years of life is Justin. And in first place is Trinity." The device spoke. "Trinity, as winner you can change reality to anyone you wish within the next hour, at the end of the hour all changes will be permanent. And anyone outside this room will thing all changes were how they were." Trinity was shocked. She knew what she was going to do.

"So, Davis, Jim, Kyle, and John can return home as if they never played the game." Trinity said. The four disappeared. "Okay as for Justin. For putting us in this game I want him to become 1 week old. Justin returned to a baby state. Jake can stay the same. Gwen I want to be 7 years old. Hayley can be 15 years old. And I want to be 12. All the changes took place. "Last I want us to be all brother and sisters to each other. Justin's parents can be our parents." Trinity finished.

Epilogue

All 5 children were happy, that is except Justin. Hayley liked her new oldest child position. She also liked how she could control Justin around. Trinity now the second eldest was happy she wasn't the oldest and she could spend 5 more years of life. Then the seven year old Gwen was sort of happy. She liked her new babied state she just didn't like wetting the bed again. Her new younger brother Jake was already potty trained and stopped wetting the bed. Jake didn't mind having brothers and sisters, he just wished he was older. Justin was unhappy, he lost all muscle control meaning diapers. All the other four love babying him. I bet Justin wished he never got the device. But what happened to the device? No one knows, cause Trinity and Hailey threw the game into river hoping to never see it again. All I know is it changed the lives of five former teens forever.

9 weeks later two boys and a girl stumble across the game wash up by the river bank. One of the boys called dibs on it and the other said we should bring it to my families party tonight.

The 3 friends cheer as the headed off to go get some food.

"let the games continue!"
