The MT Lab Reality warping Questionnaire.

 

Lewis was a very lonely, 25 year old guy. He had pretty much none but a few friends, sure he got along with people, but he could never get through a conversation without losing things to talk about. He got along with girls a lot more, but he was very shy around them, answering their questions with simple replies like "Yes." or "I don't know." Lewis, being a bit bored around his house was laying down in his bed. He looked over at his nightstand to find a MT Lab Reality warping Questionnaire and pen next to it. He opened it to find a title reading "If you were a girl..." but only had one question on it. Curious, Lewis decided that he would fill it out to see what would happen.

Question 1: If you were a girl... would your handwriting be nice?”

"Yes." Lewis put down, and his fingers became a bit longer and daintier. His nails grew and polish was applied to them. Lewis then noticed a new question appeared, he went to fill it out.

Question 2: If you were a girl... how old would you be, how tall would you be without shoes and what would you weigh without clothes?(Don't lie)?

Lewis knew what he wanted. He was smart enough to know he would change. He would want to over, going through experiences as a girl. He had a chance to make friends, and he may be more sociable as a girl. "I would be 2 years old, 3" 2' tall, and weight 27 pounds." The note then wrote a message saying "You will regress as the questionnaire goes on, you will gain memories of being female to help suit the rest of this questionnaire when appropriate.."

Question 3: If you were a girl... would your hair be straight or curly?

It would be curly, he wrote. Lewis's hair then began to grow and grow, stopping at her shoulders.

Question 4: If you were a girl... what would be your favorite color?

"Purple." He wrote, seeing his pen change from black to purple, along with it's ink. His nails were now painted purple. He felt a bit weird and felt younger. He took out a paper where he had the number of birthdays he has had. He counted the tallies to find 22 of them.

Question 5: If you were a girl... what color would your hair be?

"Brunette" Lewis wrote, his hair didn't change, but his skin became smooth and lost all body hair. His arms and legs lost muscle as they began looking feminine. He looked over at his tallies to count 20.

Question 6: If you were a girl... what color would your eyes be?

"Brown." Lewis wrote. He felt a strange sensation in his eyes as changed from black to brown. He looked down to see fat going down to his hips and butt. He now had curvy hips and a slightly bigger butt, which really popped out in his jeans. His tallies now counted to 18

Question 7: If you were a girl... would you like makeup?

"No, but I love painting my nails. I started when I was 12." he wrote. He'd always been interested in painting nails, but feared being made fun of for doing it. He felt pain in his brain as he gained memories of learning how to paint her nails. His computer and desk morphed into a place where she did her nails. Lewis got help from her cousin to build the stand. Lewis babysat for the money to one of those special lamps to dry nails. He saw brushes and a huge case filled with nail polish appear. He went back to the quiz. His tallies went down to 17

Question 8: If you were a girl... what size would your breasts be?

"C-cup, they finished growing when I was 16." he wrote, when they were to develop he'd want them to be noticeable and grab attention, without having to much strain on him, or rather, herself. He felt a burning sensation at his chest as two mounds began pushing his shirt out. This kept until they reached C-cup size. There were now 16 tallies.

Question 9: If you were a girl... would you be wearing briefs, bikini, thong or boxers?

"Briefs or boxers, everything else is too mature for me." Lewis wrote. He felt a pain down at his crotch. His male boxers shrunk and turned into a pair of female ones. It hurt his male partners, but the pain went away as they vanished from his body, leaving only female bits down there. He felt a pain on his insides as his body changed to match that of a females. Lewis was pretty much all girl now. She looked at her tallies to find 14.

Question 10: If you were a girl...would you be into guys?

"I would like guys, but I'm not afraid to experiment with girls!" She wrote down, as her mind began to change to find boys attractive. She still found girls appealing, but not over guys. Her age was now 12, and her breast shrunk down to a B-cup.

Question 11: If you were a girl... would you use pads or tampons?

"I wouldn't have started needing those yet." Lewis wrote. She saw her breasts getting even smaller, to barely even an A-cup.

Question 12: If you were a girl... what type of bra would you be wearing?

"I really don't need one, but my mom makes me wear a training bra to get used to having to wear them. Lewis wrote down, noticing her breast almost gone. She noticed that she shrunk quite a bit and her shirt and pants were rather big for her new size.

Question 13: If you were a girl... would you shave?

"No, I want to start, but my mom says I need to wait until I'm older." she wrote down. Lewis's legs and arms grew a little amount of body hair on her arms and legs. The tallies were now at 10.

Question 14: If you were a girl... would you wear jewelry?

"I love bracelets and necklaces. I want earrings but my mom says I can't ever get my ears pierced." she put down. A box of bracelets formed on her new desk. A couple of necklaces appeared on her nightstand. Her age was now 7.

Question 15: If you were a girl... what kind of clothes would you wear.

"I wear clothes with Hello Kitty, Pokémon, Barbie's, and Horses on them. I have shirts with my favorite Disney Princess too! I also have a purple shirt that says princess with purple gemstones around it. It's my favorite shirt and I never want to get rid of it!" she put down. Lewis was getting a lot more talkative with the note. She was getting sociable and telling it extra things. She saw her old shirt changing. The once (now over-sized) gray t-shirt shrunk to a size that fit her new little body. Her shirt changed from gray to pink and stripes appeared on it. Her age was now 5, and she was starting to forget how to write.

Question 16: If you were a girl... what kind of pants do you wear?

"Sumtimes, I war a cute skirt wit flowerz on tem. My mommy haz jeans 4 me to. Sumtimes my mommy let me wear my fairy tutu! I luv it and wiz I could wer it all the tiem!" Sam wrote in a now childlike scrawl. It's like her handwriting never changed! She was starting to forget how to spell and write. She was also having trouble reading the words now. Her voice now had a childish lisp. The note could translate the scrawl she wrote. The next question was read to her, and the remaining ones her too.

Question 17: If you would were a girl...would you like the park, beach, Zoo?

"The park iz my faourite plac! My mommy take me evry Saterday! I relly leik the swing and slide! I realy want to go down teh pol, but I am too scared to. My mommy says I can go down when I fel brave enugh to. Teres a bridge that move when you wak on it. It fun! I lek it a lot!" she wrote in a barely legible scrawl. She was really getting a child's excitment now.

Question 18: If you were a girl... what do you like watching?

"I relly liek watch MLP Cinderlla Litle Mermad and Mikey Mhouse club whouse. My mommy usualy put stuf to watc for me." she wrote, now looking like random lines and scribbles. All of her old games and movies turned into those meant for little kids. Many action movies were now Disney ones. Horror movies became cartoon shows on DVD. Sci-Fi movies became video tapes with her favorite episodes recorded on them. She was now at 4 years old.

Question 19: If you were a girl...do you sleep in your own room? What's your room like?

"Yus but mai mommy keps a toy in here to hear me. I think im a big girl and can handl mai problems. My mommy says its jst to be safe. My room has pink wals. I hav a purple nightlite becuz im scared uf the dark. My mommy put my disney princesses around mi room. Mai toys and dollies are in bins that tak up most of my room. I hav a bed wit tat is pink and purple. I hav my stufed animals around my room. I go nite nite with all of them, but i relly liek my dogie." Her room changed as her desk vanished, replaced with bins on the ground. Stuffed animals were now around the room. The walls turned from white to pink, with pictures of Disney Princesses on them. A stuffed animal of a dog appeared on her crib. She had now reached the age of 2.

Question 20: If you were a girl... what would your name be?

"My nam iz Leana." She put down. Her mind now that of a 2 year old.

When she finished the questionnaire, it vanished as did her pen. Leana's mother then walked it. "What are you doing up young lady? You know your not supposed to be up this late!" "I sorry momma then talk in some baby gibberish. While making more baby noises as a pacifier appear in her mouth, Leana pointed at her bookshelf as if she wanted a bedtime story. "Fine, how can I say no to that face!" Leana's mother said as she reached for a book about a dog, "This one?" she asked. Leana nodded and giggle with excitement, it was her favorite story. She pretended that her stuffed dog was the one in the story, and mimicked actions with her toy. Her mom read her the story and Leana drifted off into sleep in her crib. Her mother gave her a "good night kiss" and left the room.
